Android tablet issues

Please follow the steps below:

1. Open Play Store in your Galaxy Tab A.
2. Search for. "Chrome".
3. If the following screen appears, click "Update".
4. Re-open RainbowOne app。
5. If problem persists, please email to enquiry@openknowledge.hk to contact us. Please mark email title as the device model of your Android tablet.
