1. Speech Tool

The function of Speech Tool is an interchange among text and speech. User can use speech tool by Cantonese, Putonghua and English.

We will explain how to use Speech Tool by examples as below ("Text to speech" and "Speech to text").

1. Text to Speech (English)

1. When enter Speech tool from Main-page, user need to select "Text to speech" & "English" on left top corner. 

2. Then, input text that you want to convert as speech. E.g. "A Tranquil Night" from Li bai

3. You can select male voice or female voice, Speed and Tone are default as "1" which close to real person, depends on users' preference. 

4. Press play button to play speech convert from text. Please be remind in a suitable volume level, and switch off the silent mode.

5. Lastly, user can download the speech as MP3 file, to playback.

2. Speech to text (English)

1.  When enter Speech tool from Main-page, user need to select "Speech to text" & "English" on left top corner. 

2. Then, press "Record" button, system will convert speech into text. For example, "It's now or never." (Please note recording length is max 30 seconds)
