To compare data over different school years, RainbowOne users and labels are categorized on a yearly basis.
Please contact us if you have already purchased RainbowOne and would like us to update your school year.
1. Establish a New School Year
Before the start of each school year, please go to “Users” to set up a new school year. Please click here for detail.
2. Update Teacher and Student Tags for the New School Year
After you set up a new school year, you can manually add tags to users or upload teacher and student labels in Excel. Please click here for detail
3. Establish a New Lesson
After setting up the school year, please establish a new lesson in “Lesson”. If you do not change the lesson label, the last year’s lesson will only be provided to students who used that last year’s tags. When selecting a tag, please be aware that the calendar year above the window is correct. Please click here for detail.
4. Share e-books with Students of the School Year
Likewise, when you share the Workplace’s e-books and then select a tag, please be aware that the calendar year above the window is correct. Please click here for details.
