1. How to install
Please click here to download RainbowOne/RainbowStar。
1. Install iOS version
- Open the AppStore in iPad
- Search for RainbowOne/RainbowStar
- And then press [GET], and start the App on the home screen after downloading
- Press this to understand the update methods of iOS
2. Install Android version
- Start the Play store in Android system
- Search for RainbowOne/RainbowStar
- And then press [Install] button
- Press this to understand the update methods of Android
3. Install Windows version
- After downloading the installation file, open the installation file exe
- For security problems, please select [Yes]
- If your system is Windows10, when starting the installation program, the following picture may pop up on account of that Windows is trying to protect your computer. Please press [More info], and then press [Run Anyway] at the bottom right。
- Install it according to the on-screen instructions
- Start the shortcut of RainbowOne/RainbowStar on the desktop
- When starting the program, please set your firewall to make RainbowOne/RainbowStar pass when necessary. Due to different settings of different firewall, please check the setting method of an installed firewall。
- About autoupdate
- With respect to mandatory update, it will automatically update when starting the program
- With respect to non-mandatory update, an update tip will be displayed at the top left corner of the program. Press the update button for update。
- You also can install the RainbowOne/RainbowStar in the school’s Fileserver, to facilitate the autoupdate and use of teachers。

4. Install Mac version
- Download install_rainbowone.dmg (or install_rainbowstar.dmg),open the dmg.
- When the following window appears, drag the RainbowOne / RainbowStar icon to the Applications folder in the window.
- Double click the Applications folder in the windows, find out RainbowOne / RainbowStar in the folder, double click to open the app.
- If you encounter security alert when you open the app (may appear depending on your security settings of your Mac), it is because your Mac protects you from opening app downloaded from unknown developer.
- When this happens, please go to System Preferences on your Mac, select "Security and Privacy", at the bottom of the window, click "Open Anyway"
- You Mac will then alert you again, click "Open" in the alert. The app should now open and auto-update.
